Cure Your Diabetes in Three Months

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines diabetes as a fasting blood glucose equal to or higher than 7 mmol/L or 126 mg/dl, or on medication for raised blood glucose, or with a history of diagnosis of diabetes.
The WHO also states that the number of people in the world with diabetes has risen from 108 million in 1980 to 422 million in 2014.
Diabetes can cause strokes, kidney failure, blindness, heart attacks, erectile dysfunction, hypertension, lower limb amputation, and peripheral neuropathy.
The WHO predicts that diabetes will be the seventh leading cause of death in 2030.
What is diabetes?
Diabetes is a chronic disease where the pancreas does not produce enough insulin, the hormone that regulates blood sugar (glucose).
Type 1 diabetes is the deficient production of insulin and requires daily administration of insulin to prevent death. The cause of type 1 diabetes is unknown.  Some physicians think that childhood vaccinations may play a role in causing type 1 diabetes.  Other physicians believe it may be caused by a virus infecting the mother during gestation or infecting the baby or child.
Symptoms include thirst, (polydipsia), constant hunger, excessive excretion of urine (polyuria), thirst (polydipsia), weight loss, fatigue, numbness of the feet (peripheral neuropathy), erectile dysfunction, and vision changes. These symptoms can occur suddenly without warning.
Type 2 diabetes
Type 2 diabetes is what affects the majority of people with diabetes around the world, and is largely due to obesity
Symptoms are similar to type 1 diabetes but are often less severe. This disease is now being seen in children.
Gestational diabetes is high blood glucose during pregnancy, and the glucose returns to normal after pregnancy.  This can cause an enlarged fetus and spontaneous abortions.  These mothers may be at risk for Type 2 diabetes in the future.
Treatment
A diet that will usually cure Type 2 diabetes in three months, as long as the person stays on this diet is the Optimal Diet developed by Dr. Jan Kwasniewski in Poland.  This is a type of ketogenic diet where your body uses ketones instead of glucose as its source of fuel.  There three ketone bodies that the body produces, and these can be measured in different ways.  The easiest way to measure ketones is with a urine ketone stick. Measuring ketones in the blood is the most accurate, but the test strips usually cost around $1.00 US.  There is a ketone breath analyzer which measures acetone in the breath and that is called the Breath Ketone Analyzer, Ketonix, available from Amazon.  I prefer this device.
Dr. Jan Kwasniewski discovered that the ideal ratio of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates in the body is 1 part protein, 2.5-3.5 parts fat and 0.3-0.5 part carbohydrate.

I am an expert in helping you understand this diet.  Even though this is a very high-fat diet, it raises your “good” cholesterol to high levels and reverses atherosclerosis.  This diet is now being used for cancer and it has been used for decades to treat epilepsy.  Your organs actually prefer to use ketone bodies over glucose.

Chromium picolinate or chromium polynicotinate at 600 mcg a day to 1,800 mcg three times a day helps to lower glucose.

I also use the mineral vanadium and use gymnema.  All of my patients that I have seen have had a zero level of RBC chromium.

Exercise helps eliminate Type 2 diabetes, and I have a physical therapist that can help individualize your exercise program.

Avoiding tobacco use and drinking alcohol in moderation helps to reduce your fasting glucose.

It will take discipline on your part to eliminate your diabetes.  I have had hundreds of patients eliminate diabetes with my program.
